FAQs
Q1: Can you tell me how to get rid of the following error so that I can save my batch invoice screen:-"No Transaction Values Entered"
A1: If you have entered a free of charge invoice, the system will come up with this error. You will also get the error if you have accidently continued onto the next available line of your screen and then tried to save the screen. To get rid of the error you need to go to the line with the free of charge invoice, or to the line you have accidentally continued onto and then press the "F8" key on your keyboard. This will now let you save the screen.
Q2: Will a month end close down the month.
A2: No, the month end routine on SAGE does not close down the month. If you do not have any automatic transactions to post and do not want to clear your turnover, there is no need to run the month end.
