Booth Ainsworth currently acts for a large number of legal firms and other professional partnerships. Our clients vary significantly in terms of specialisation, size and location. We have the necessary experience and technical knowledge to meet the needs of any professional organisation in the North West. Led by partner Gary Cook, the team prides itself on regular communication and a close working relationship with its clients.
National representation
The firm is a member of a Special Interest Group operated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales which co-ordinate and develop services by accountants to the legal sector. This allows Booth Ainsworth to be proactive in the advice it provides its clients, drawing on both local and national knowledge and experience. Besides the Group's annual conference, it issues regular newsletters, dealing with all aspects of advising solicitor clients, not just about the Solicitors' Accounts Rules. In addition, the Group has developed good relationships with The Law Society whereby they consult us on rule changes and allow us to put your views to them.
Legal sector knowledge
Our involvement with the Law Management Section of the Law Society is an indespensible resource, which includes meetings with the Law Society and the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors. This close contact allows Booth Ainsworth to keep abreast of current thinking, rule changes and concerns of these bodies ensuring our clients are well advised of implications.
