12th February 2010: Another Successful Quiz Night for Booth Ainsworth

Booth Ainsworth hosts another successful Charity Quiz Night in aid of Beechwood Cancer Care

Local businesses once again experienced an entertaining evening on the 11th February at the Booth Ainsworth annual charity Quiz Night.  A fabulous amount was raised for Beechwood Cancer Care, based in Adswood, Stockport, and a thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all.

The quiz, which has been held every year since 2001 has this time around been attended  by a record number of 300 local brain-boxes.  The event took place at the Cheshire Conference Suite at Edgeley Park and the competition was won for the second year running by Salehs LLP Solicitors, based in Didsbury.  If you would like to view the final scores from the night you can download them here.

Managing Partner, David Powell, stepped away from his accounting duties at the office to become Quiz Master for the evening.  David commented: "We believe our Quiz Night is part of the Stockport business and social calendar now with many of the towns' businesses being represented and some Manchester firms as well.  The amount raised is incredible for Beechwood and once again we were overwhelmed by the amount of support we received from our clients and professional contacts."

Booth Ainsworth donated a flat screen TV into the raffle along with the following companies who we are very grateful to:
