Since the Dentists Act of 1956, dentists have been prohibited from running their practices through the medium of a limited company, with the exception of those companies already providing dentistry services on  21st July 1955. At the end of July these restrictions were removed and the practice of dentistry through a limited company at last became a reality.

Incorporation is a complex topic and involves a number of tax issues as well as commercial and political considerations.  The seminar will explain basic points where dentists can base their decision.
