Gary Cook

Gary heads up the Professional Practices' Team at Booth Ainsworth. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and has over 15 years experience and technical knowledge to meet the needs of any professional organisation in the North West. A significant proportion of Gary's portfolio consists of legal clients.

Gary is also the IT and Marketing Partner for the firm.

Gary enjoys regular trips to Old Trafford, a keen follower of both the cricket and the football. He is the current Captain of the Booth Ainsworth team.

He is also learning to hack his way around a golf course.

Sara Nicholson

Sara is a Chartered Accountant and previously worked as an Audit Manager for nine years at PKF in Manchester.

Sara joined the firm in August of 2006 and brings with her expertise in working with larger clients and all round auditing experience.

In her spare time Sara is a member of a gym. She likes theatre and animals.

Kate Firth

Kate is the newly appointed Financial Controller Manager, having joined Booth Ainsworth in the Summer of 2007 from Ford Campbell.

Qualifing in 2005, Kate brings with her managerial experience within the Management Account team. Her clients are mainly owner managed business and foreign subsidiaries, from a variety of backgrounds such as Opticians, the leisure industry and retail.

In her spare time Kate likes to travel and is interested in motorcars.
