Goodwill evaluation

As we act for c150 dentists and have access to the NASDA (National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants) database we are able to monitor Sales/Purchases of Practices throughout the UK and by doing so we are able to evaluate the current Goodwill multiples being applied to the Sale and Purchase of Dental Practices.

NASDA produces a quarterly Goodwill Valuation Report which is based solely on activity throughout the UK and thereby gives an up to date and meaningful appraisal of current trends in the dental sector.

We are able to advise and assist clients in their valuation of goodwill and by so doing can assist meaningfully in any transaction be it purchase or sale.
