Dave Wilson joined the firm in 2009 to head our Corporate Finance offering. Dave has over 15 years corporate finance experience gained primarily at McInnes Corporate Finance and KPMG Corporate Finance. He has built a strong reputation primarily on private company and non-core disposals, company acquisitions and advising management teams and private equity houses on buy-outs.

At Booth Ainsworth the focus will be on advising private companies, management teams and banks on a wide range of Corporate Finance activities. These will primarily include preparing businesses for sale; Company sales; Acquisitions; MBO’s & MBI’s; Valuations; Raising finance and Business plans and financial projections.
